The advantage of modularity: our very large assortment of capitals and bases

With all the pieces of our catalogue in diameters 80 and 100 mm (see the “configurator” under the section “our product”), thousands of combinations are possible. This means that there is very little chance that you should see somewhere a column or a pillar exactly similar to yours.

Our system of decorative columns is truly versatile. There are many configurations for many utilizations. Outdoor: terraces, vearandas, porches, pergolas, patios, gazebos, canopies... Indoor: every renovation or decoration project.

We produce in our foundry the elements of our columns in cast or extruded aluminium which weights only one-third of cast iron. Therefore, our columns are much easier to handle and to install than ancient columns in cast steel or cast iron.

Our decorative columns and pillars are not only ornaments, but also structural pieces

Being nearly as load-bearing as cast iron columns, our columns can be used as structural elements as well as decorative supports.

According to the engineering company to whom we asked to do the maths, a column of 80 mm in diameter and 2,5 m in height can bear up to 5,2 metric tons of vertical axial load. All these calculations are at your disposition.

If necessary, you will get from us the columns or pillars you ordered cut to exactly the size you will have specified.

If needed, we can lacquer your decorative columns for you. Just give us the RAL reference, and the “look” you want:  glossy, mat, satin or structured.

A word about our prices

For the time being, our prices for a complete architectural and decorative column or pillar start at approximately 250 €, and go up to some 800 €, depending upon the complexity of the end-pieces (capitals and bases). It might appear a bit on the high side. But remember: basically, we are a sand casting aluminium foundry. We use this technique just to be sure to deliver the quality you expect from us. Because of our production process, we feel comfortable in giving our customers a lifetime guarantee on the quality of our work.
